I recently discovered Whistling Kettle in Hampton, and it was such a treat! The food was nothing short of amazing, and the hospitality was top-notch. The café exudes a warm, family-friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home. Its location is a bonus too – just a quick stroll from the beach, perfect for a relaxing walk after a delicious meal. If you’re after incredible food, exceptional service, and a cozy atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit. Can’t wait to return!

WoW! Had only stopped in to take away Coffee previously - but this place has terrific food! Sure, the Owner Nissan came out to proudly chat... sure, Rachel was all smiles and warm and friendly... When we got our LUNCH - it was all top quality, fresh ingredients, generous serves, taste, choices they made - like Swiss cheese on a Brekkie Roll (way nicer than Tasty), and this really good Brioche/seeded bun). My companions Salad had great croutons - anchovies, and plenty of Chicken. Highly recommend Whistling Kettle. Kind of in a tucked away position - maybe needs a big sandwich board on the footpath - and the decor is a bit sparse/industrial inside - but nice tables, clean, and there are large windows everywhere - - but what more do U want in a Cafe/Lunch place. And I would imagine it's great for Dinner too - clearly taking time and attention to get things...

Our party of 7 had brunch here this morning. Were a little early for our reservation but we're happily accommodated. Bright airy Cafe with seating also on Hampton Street. Excellent coffee. I had the shakshouka with a side of mushrooms. The shakshouka was delicious with a nice bit of heat from the chilli, poached egg was perfectly cooked, nice and runny. The mushrooms were a decent portion and very tasty. My wife enjoyed being able to customise her eggs benedict (on a potato gratin instead of toast and no ham with a side of fetta. The rest of our group also enjoyed their dishes. The service was faultless with all our dishes coming out all in the space of 10 minutes. Would thoroughly recommend here and would...
