Beyond disappointed. As an owner of an event company I have used many catering services and I can safely say this by far is the worst. Avoid Zeus Street if you need reliable catering. Pick up was 30 minutes prior to our event time, travelled to the store to pick up, nothing ready, no knowledge of our catering order. I could understand if this was a system error and it didn’t go through but there were confirmations that came through as well as a phone conversation confirming the timeframe to prepare the order once ordered online earlier in the week prior to the event, that the manager also confirmed having knowledge of. Full payment had also gone through at that point. But it was not a system error it was a lack thereof where a member of staff has read the email and the order and simply not passed that onto the team to fulfill. There was no way to fulfill our order on the spot as they didn’t have the meat we ordered. We had to push for a refund as well as they weren’t prepared to give one, after multiple calls and much wasted time we finally left with a refund.

To make matters worse this was for a wedding function that’s causes extreme additional stress during those times trying to find a solution less than half an hour out from start time and no offer of any assistance in the way of sides, drinks, anything.

Just avoid. Not worth the stress and unreliability of the system and staff. Never will my company do an event...

We've been a long-time patron of Zeus from our first time trying it in Sydney, to when it first started its Melbourne branch in South Yarra, and then now Zeus Carlton as it is closer to our office.

Always ordered for delivery and so we have no comments on customer service, however today it's proven that not only they serve 5-star greek food, they also provide 5-star services.

Our usual large order was cancelled and charged twice by Uber, as well as the order disappearing from Zeus Carlton's app. Given it will be an important lunch meeting in the office, I wasn't sure of what to do with the failed orders.

Clare of Zeus Carlton, called and offered to deliver it for us, free of charge, to make up for the failed Uber orders (and it wasn't even their fault). This issue was quickly resolved in 20 minutes and she delivered it herself, with a huge smile.

Cannot speak highly enough of her, nor the Zeus Carlton branch for this small act of kindness.
