Zoe's Colourful Noodle — Restaurant in Melbourne

Top 3 things that stand out for me are the below:-

1. Delicious & Authentic Meal We ordered the Pork Chop Ramen & Sichuan Style Braised Beef Noodle Soup. Both were delicious & the portion size is huge. Really happy bellies, indeed! Big kudos to the chef & team!

2. Una (The Ultimate Host) Una has single-handedly mastered the front space. From the moment we entered into the restaurant (we were the second group & last 2 groups to leave), there were 3 groups who came in after us + a few extra walk-in clients who opted for take aways. Una’s hospitality in welcoming every single customer who came in, was effortless. Her cheerful demeanour and smile make you realised that she truly owns the front space and that is to provide an exceptional customer service to every single person who walks into the restaurant. The space was kept spotless after we left.

3)Interior Design I’m thoroughly amazed by the clean, trendy & chic interior design within the restaurant. The comfortable and cute cushions on the seats, the trendy chairs, mesmerising side lighting, lamps and to the little things such as decorations (ie, flowers) & specially chosen cutleries are thoroughly, well thought off. A really comfortable place to dine in.

Will definitely be returning to this place to try the other dishes on the menu. Thank you Una for your amazing hospitality. You are truly a gem at Zoe’s...

Pork and cabbage dumplings, chicken karaage and Sichuan style braised beef ramen!

Wow! The noodles were fresh! Tasted delicious and hand made not the rubbery, powdery instant noodle style we typically see. There is surely some effort and master craft involved in creating these noodle dishes! Just amazing to see a good quality noodle bar in Rye!

The chicken karaage was a little too oily for me but did not affect the flavours at all, portions were bite size so don’t expect to get full. Dumplings were well cooked (steamed) all the way through without the visibility of any white chewy texture! Complicated really well with the spicy chilli oil! I was warned…”this is spicy” I braved it out but just had a coughing fit from the chilli flakes 🥵

Interior and space was light filled, clean, architecturally designed to be playful, vibrant, happy, a mix feeling that I have entered a bubble cup house/gong cha and Sulbing cafe!

Glad to see a quality Noodle bar in Rye with a very friendly service and great food! Thumbs...

Stumbled upon this gem whilst looking for a place for quick bite during the cold, rainy weekend. Oh my, were we pleasantly surprised!

We ordered the braised beef and Char siu ramen. The braised beef was light and flavourful with melt-in-your-mouth beef pieces. The broth of the char siu ramen was rich and slightly sweet and came with big, super tender pork pieces. The noodles for both were cooked perfectly with a nice bite to it. Honestly one of the best ramens we've had in Melbourne.

The owner is super bubbly and friendly, the atmosphere is very modern, cosy and clean, the prices and portions are definitely worth it, and we were able to order ahead for dine in.
