Came here to get a last minute ice cream cake. Staff was helpful. Happy that it's a fuss free purchase as we needed the cake asap. Place looked great. Heard that service can be a hit and miss but I believe it depends on which staff you get on the day. A lot of establishments are struggling to get quality staff post covid still. Cake tasted beautiful just like the many baskin robbins cake we had previously. Cold, yummy, chocolatey and not too sweet.

Ordered a family take home pack.910grams written on baskin Robbins website and on uber as well.recevied only 803grams(((measured on kitchen weight scale)))and even on the box written 900grams. When given call to them they said they will deliver to my address. And after that never received. Even after paying for amount they ask for specific amount they are not providing it.would love to here back from the store manager or owner..

I recently visited Baskin Robbins to buy some ice cream and had an unfortunate experience. I asked for a sample, and it took the young man behind the counter nearly two minutes to give me a taste! The amount was so tiny, just a little piece at the tip of a wooden teaspoon. When I asked for a sample of a different flavor, it took him another two minutes as he seemed intent on making the sample as small as possible. His behavior was quite rude, and when I pointed it out, he just ignored me.

Additionally, I asked him who his manager was, and he pointed to a girl next to him. When I asked her if she was his manager, she surprisingly said, "No, I am not." So, it was clear that he lied to me, not expecting me to actually ask her that question. This was disappointing and a terrible experience and not the level of service I expect from...

It good ice cream extremely overpriced, though. Very rich in taste in comparison to other private artisian ice cream shops, so for this reason and health concerns alone, I would visit on rar occasions. Oay more attention to seating, it freezing in WA so if you gave plush couches instead of sterile seating in would make better atmosphere to dinging in and also complement the high prices.

Chocolate Moose & some other caramel flavor I can't quiet remember. But wow tasted nice.

We went on Sunday 26 Jan àt night. We ordered and sat down long before closing time. At 10:00 the manager just started switching off the lights while we were inside. There were 2 family groups with kids. No warning was given that they were about to close, he just started switching off in a rude manner and even the staff looked at him. We hadn't realised that it was 10 else we would have left and if asked we would have too. Even as we got up he didn't apologise for letting us sit in the dark. The 2 young staff members were friendly but he had disgusting behaviour and we definitely won't...
