We were regular supporters of the place, sometimes buying up to half dozen of meals at a time, we used to purchase from the other nearby similar stores. Unfortunately today, one of the meal I bought, of cos my son decided he wanted spicy noodles instead of the rice, it’s not something I plan or happy about, but I turned back (mind you this is less than 5 mins of leaving) to ask kindly if I could switch it to the spicy noodles instead of rice, and I showed her the packet I bought to show I haven’t opened it etc and I was there mins ago, the young lady remembered me but said no and said there’s spicy sauce there. I left feeling rather disappointed because she have seen me many times purchasing and supporting the business. And I’m not trying to cheat or anything and it’s not like over ten mins etc. unfortunately, with so many similar food shops that sell the same thing there I would prob support another one and stop recommending...
Read moreWatched a customer (bus driver) who complained about the freshness of his food being argued with, talked down to and denied basic courtesy. The man was not even asking for a refund, merely alerting staff to the issue. It was very uncomfortable and could have been resolved by a simple apology and the offer of a replacement - obvs too hard for this place. I was then charged the wrong amount for my order. All in all, a pretty poor performance. I would definitely not recommend and will definitely not be returning. Improve your customer service and the freshness...

My mom came back after roughly 3:15pm and they charged her full price for katsu rice box instead of special price ($8 per box). The lady’s attitude was way too rude and not professional at all.
