A disgrace to Vietnam food, absolutely underwhelming and doesn't live up to its 4+ star reviews. Portions are absolutely minuscule. I came here expecting authentic Vietnam food but left with a empty stomach and disappointed family.

I was given a LARGE pho with 30 percent actual food and 70 percent soup. It legit took up only a third of the bowl in volume. The pho was absolutely not worth it. You can see with the portions we were given.

Fried rice tastes dryer than the Sahara dessert and has a level of saltiness beyond your comprehension. The rice crunches like glass and idk if it is because it's been under a heating light for a decade or what, but the rice crunches like glass and sucked the remaining moisture out of your mouth, tasted uncooked and raw.

Furthermore, there's no tap water when we asked in order to quench our thirst after eating the plate of appalling fried rice, like it's just some water from the tap, how hard can it be to provide some water to customers?

Absolutely not worth it, will rate it zero stars if possible, dry, portions are tiny and...

Ah man, I had high expectations! Sigh!

Or maybe living in Melbourne has changed my taste buds. Who knows! But the reviews and the crowd at the restaurant definitely didn't match the outcome.

First of all, everything was too sweet. I ordered chicken and tofu baos, and they were loaded with BBQ sauce, which kept dripping.

Then, there was chicken, tofu and vegetable laksas. The laksa base in all was completely bland and sweet. There was no aroma at all. They could have (should) added lemongrass.

The chicken seemed undercooked, and so did all the vegetables. It felt as if the vegetables were frozen and were defrosted for these dishes.

On top of it, the restaurant was suffocating. I wonder why the aircons weren't turned on?

I know it was a busy day for them (boxing day) and the owners, chefs and the staff must be under pressure for filling the dine in, take away and delivery orders. But, it's the quality over quantity question, and I believe that the restaurant wanted to cash on the opportunity. At what...

I had such high hopes for this place, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order for a pho and patiently waited for over 30 minutes, only to realize that my order never came up. I approached a staff member and inquired about my order. Their response was that it was "on the way."

After what felt like an eternity, the pho finally arrived, and it was the wrong one. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was an unacceptable level of service.

The lack of communication and the failure to fulfill my order correctly left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I expect a certain level of attentiveness and professionalism, which was clearly lacking in this establishment.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service. It's disappointing to see such potential wasted due to a lack of attention to detail. I will think twice before considering another visit...

I ordered my usual favourite Pho. This time I found a worm in broccoli. Good thing that I noticed it. I placed it in a small bowl and get the attention of one of the staff. I showed her the broccoli with worm in it and told her that they did not washed there vegetable properly. She just took the small bowl inside the kitchen and never came back for an explanation or apology. We don’t know if she just throw it straight to the bin or let the person who prepared the food know about the issue so they will be very careful the next time. This is a food safety issue and hopefully the owner and the staff should look into this very seriously. Update: Hi Oanh, Thanks for responding. Your quick action to investigate and put in place measures to prevent this issue in happening again is enough for me. I commend you for handling customer complaint professionally. Cheers
