The young man at the window asked if I wanted to donate to a mental health charity, I declined. Then he did not provide me change at the first window, just my two bottles of water. When I drove through the drive through and realised that I didn’t have my $22.10 in change, I went into the store. The store had chips strewn across the floor and I had the displeasure of Assistant manager Alex not providing my change. His first response was I’ll take your name and number. Then count the till at the end. Nope, I want my change. By the time he had consulted with the store manager and counted the till both my dinner and my daughters dinner were cold. While he offered platitudes of sorry, no reparation was offered at all. The man behind my vehicle was missing a burger, he also went into store, with a lengthy wait. While he wished me the best of luck walking out with his burger and a rueful grin, the assistant manager failed to do his duty....

This GARBAGE is what you get from KFC Mount Gambier City. Ordered SIX pieces of chicken, got SIX CHICK wings, and I say CHICK because these are not even fully grown chicken wings, and one dried out extra piece thrown in, instead of being thrown in the bin , ordered on 18 January 2024 at approximately 1pm. This is the most disgusting display of apathy in a kfc I have ever seen, throwing leftovers at customers like they are dogs begging for scraps, just lodged my complaint with head office, will post their reply, EDIT, I received a reply to my complaint that stated it was not acceptable and that they would ensure stricter compliance with boxed meals in that store, plus a small compensation I won't mention but which is good enough for me, I was so unhappy but kfc complaints were great to deal...

I've used front counter and not had any issues. Service has been polite with an average wait of a few minutes for my order. Food arrives hot and drinks cold. I dine in and the occasional tables have been dirty yet I'm still able to find a clean table. While dining in, I have noted staff routinely clean tables. The store gets busy at meal times and naturally order wait times become longer. The biggest issue here is the one entrance and exit from the car park that sits parallel to drive thru. It's a frustrating entrance that can be difficult to navigate at peak times while cars at drive-thru spill out onto roadway. Best option park across the road and...
