Terrible Management!!!! Went to get coffees this morning & presented the Entertainment voucher. The owner took the phone off me. She would redeem the voucher in front of me and then says this voucher has already been redeemed so you can't use it. I was in shock! Trying to explain that what she did was redeeming of the voucher would not convince her. She kept saying that the app interface should only work in a certain manner and maybe I had redeemed it elsewhere before. I explained that apps work differently on different phones.

I then requested her to let me use the 25% off voucher at least which had not been used also. I repeated the same process in front of her for the 25% off and she still wouldn't accept it. She said it has already been presented. I was appalled by her unwillingness to listen and lack of customer service! She wasted 3 of my vouchers on the spot without giving me any deal.

It was not about $5 which I was more than happy to let go but it's about being understanding which she was not. Would never pay that shop a visit again while...

Found this place by mistake really ie we just came across it, I can totally recommend it though. Food was tasty, prices were surprisingly low compared with similar cafès round Perth. The coffee was right up there with the best of them eg IMHO the West End deli still has the best coffee in Perth! That aside it was excellent and the staff were more than just friendly they were professional and quick (which all contributed) to the overall experience which I've given as a 9 FYI 10's almost a mythical rating so almost un-achievable... So 9's right up...

Absolutely fantastic cafe in Mt Lawley. I used to come here often nearly 10 years ago and I loved it then.... I haven't visited in many years and had the chance to visit today. I tell you what... The menu has changed slightly but the food is still incredible (and it's a little different from the regular fare), the coffee is still to die for, and to top it off the staff are very friendly and attentive. A truly great cafe to come and relax in and enjoy truly satisfying food at...
