Club Narooma — Restaurant in Narooma

Disgusting behavior by older lady staff member serving at bistro! Not knowing a poor old gentleman stood too close to me whilst I was ordering ! It was not clearly marked & confusing to anyone let alone an older gentleman ! she growled at him to move! I was actually embarrassed for him! our meal was underdone was not asked if we wanted chips salad or vegetables! Was given a sad small salad and chips ! Chips were nice! No salt pepper was available on a table had to ask..(this could be due to Covid im unsure).. bar staff were lovely though.. bought 2 drinks and welcomed the smile! A butter knife was given to eat a pork style shank & whilst my partner was still eating was asked if his plate could be taken by the young employee! At this stage I was furious & almost walked out of club i was going to ask to speak to management but didn't want to cause a scene! I sincerely hope they see this review though!.. overall I wouldn't recommend coming here ! I feel because of Covid there is strain understandable! but to be down right rude especially to older folk! No they lost me!.. They need to learn respect and hospitality! will definitely go to other club now when visiting again & will not...

I recently visited the Narooma Pub and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience. To begin with, the atmosphere was lackluster and uninviting. The decor was outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. The seating was uncomfortable and the lighting was too dim, making it difficult to see menus and properly enjoy our meals.

Speaking of meals, the food was mediocre at best. The menu was limited, and what we did order was poorly executed. The meat in my burger was overcooked and dry, and my friend's steak was tough and difficult to chew. The sides were also unimpressive and lacked any sort of flavor.

But the worst part of the experience was the manager's attitude towards us. Despite our complaints about the food and atmosphere, he was dismissive and rude, showing no interest in addressing our concerns or making our experience any better. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him.

Overall, I would not recommend the Narooma Pub to anyone looking for a enjoyable dining experience. The lackluster atmosphere, mediocre food, and terrible manager make for a terrible combination. Save your time and money and find a better...

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at club Narooma for New Year’s Eve. Whilst i could appreciate this is probably the clubs busiest evening that did not excuse the poor and frankly disappointing service received. I being one who is unable to consume foods that contain high amounts of protein due to a medical condition, asked the waitress at the counter if they could prepare me a Veggie Burger from the lunch menu, she said this wasn’t possible and refused to ask the chef even after I insisted. Coming from a hospitality background I know chefs are always happy to cater for dietary requirements if they’re asked and notified of them. Though as advised by your cashier/counter person (who was extremely rude) this is not the case as she apparently had already asked them earlier in the night.
