Domino's Pizza Nelson Bay — Restaurant in Nelson Bay

Dominos Nelson Bay is by far the most incompetent pizza store I have EVER come across. Orders food around 8pm for 11pm delivery. Calls to see how it’s tracking as they obviously couldn’t use the tracker that’s provided to ‘customers’. Then the guy says it’s out being delivered? Was it being delivered? No, because it wasn’t even made yet at 11:05pm. They refuse to answer their phones (literally a regular occurrence) then when he answers he proceeds to say ‘nah we’re busy it’ll still be over an hour wait cos yours is last??? The whole point of putting an order in advance is to have it delivered at that time?! Anyway, his phone manners was disgraceful. And in the end, the pizza still needed to be refunded. Cheers for...

Just had a conversation with the "store manager 'about missing pizzas snd was told that after the driver could not find out house , which has the largest number 1outside and was well lit he went home I rang after 2hours only to be told they d send another and there would be no charge another hour went past and we just chucked them in fridge. Then I noticed that I indeed had been charged and she said "No Way" would my money be reimbursed I have read the blurb that they send out. But please there are so many good pizza places. Just give Domino's pizza st Nelson Bay a wide berth You will be wasting your money....

Disappointed they did not apply the 50% discount for 3 large pizzas and charged me full price without my knowledge. 27th July I ordered 3 large pizzas, (2x simply cheese pizza's and 1x Supreme Pizza) and was charged $30 not the promotional 50% discount that expires on 28th July. The customer before me complained they never applied the discount on their order, I should have seen it coming. I should be granted a $15 voucher to my next order for the staffs incompetence or shifty methods of not applying the discounts that are promoted all over their walls on flyers. I have a receipt to...
