ISPA Kebabs — Restaurant in New South Wales

Literally the worst food ive ever bought from city plaza the tabouleh was half chopped day old parsley,just parsley, day old chopped tomato, lettuce was brown service was so rush i didnt actually get what i wanted. I have never made any type of complaint before and im 46,but this wasnt passable in any sense. and after i spat out the only 2 bites,i realised the bag had a hole in the bottom and leaked all over my floor. I feel awful for even saying its the truth I was there at 2.44pm on the 5th of march 2025. Im sorry if the 2 ladies working there get into trouble but you over charged me for something i couldnt eat because you phoned it...

The majority of meat on the kebab was raw, the staff did acknowledge that it was raw and offered to make us new once however we opted for a refund instead, they did seem to keep serving out of the same location even after it was made obvious that the meat was not cooked. My husband and I have both woken up unwell this morning maybe because of the kebabs?

I ordered chicken kebab burger. It was one of the best burgers I've had, juicy, tender and fresh. Well priced and very good customer service. If I ever come back to Tamworth, definitely will come back for more. Good...
