Would not recommend PRONTO by Trecento. I purchased dinner and brought 2 pasta dishes and 2 deserts for just under $75. I was underwhelmed and disappointed to say the least. As soon as I was handed the food to take away I realised how light it was, but decided to give it a chance and what made it worse was the food quality. We ordered a spaghetti carbonara and the mushroom risotto with chicken added. There was no mention in the ingredients on the menu that there was sundried tomato in the risotto but yet there was, I don't think I have ever seen tomato in a mushroom risotto. They get points for trying to be "Fine Dining" in queanbeyan they simply forgot the "Fine Dining"

Terrible food, with terrible management response, I didn't want any free food from them in response as I know I wouldn't enjoy it, simply wanted to let them know, because who doesn't want honest feedback to help their business. I was hoping they would simply take it on the chin & it be a learning experience, but no. Who argues with a customer not happy with the quality or size of food (standard 1/2 filled container) & claim to give standard sizes but simply use a bigger container..... yeah OK.

Don't try to gaslight customers into trying to feel they don't know what we are talking about...... we have wallets and we have taste buds, but you simply don't know our experience in the...

In my opinion the worst Italian dining experience ever. Beware, you will wait and wait and wait for your food when dining in, as they rake in the money sending out take away orders. A one hour wait between entrees and main course. Also, half of our party were told to keep our used cutlery and place the dirty cutlery on the table top to use for the next course ( note to Pronto: not very classy! Especially at these prices.) the others had their cutlery taken away and my friend was forced to eat her side salad with her fingers out of the salad bowl, during the long wait to get mains. Also please note that the Marinara pizza has NO SEAFOOD on it! Lol, this is in fine print in the menu. Who would have guessed. What I got was a pizza base, with tomato sauce, so much garlic it was inedible and a couple of basil leaves. That’s it. When we questioned this, the manager(?) informed us that wait staff are supposed to inform everyone ordering Marinara pizza that it has no seafood (she didn’t inform us). His response to this “ it’s not my fault”. Wow. Our first and last experience at...

In town on business and decided that Pronto was the place for dinner..we ordered the "Chef feed me" special $65 per person.. wow...wow..wow...so full but totally satisfied...3 full delicious courses...had to pack the takeaway containers..couldn't finish.1st course comprised olives, fried calamari, baby octopus with aoli, arancini and garlic bread on a bed of rocket and cherry tomatoes...next..main was lamb ragu pasta, rocket, parmesan and green apple salad, roasted potatoes with parmesan and basil and last but not least traditional woodfired margarita pizza...all washed down with the house red..after all that to complete the meal with traditional Italian donuts and tiramisu...fantastic dinner...love the place...quirky and memorable..staff were excellent and attentive and the fantastic owner...Fihi...has the winning formula..will definitely be back and recommend to anyone who loves Italian...

I came here with my 6 and 8 year old children. The lovely lady that served us was great, and we later found out it was her first night on the floor! I had the Gnocci Della Terra. It was AMAZING! The portions were more very generous. My 8 year old says, "The carbonara and the garlic bread were amazing! Everyone was super nice. I love this place". My 6 year old said, "The food was soooo delicious! I wanted to eat so much! And I wanted to eat some of my mums food. Tje dessert was delicious. The people that served us were amazilngly kind"

The prosciutto ricotta pizza was life changing good. The kind of pizza you can’t stop smiling while you’re eating it. We are still talking about it the next day. Your chefs making the pizza are experts at making dough, some of the softest, tastiest dough I have eaten. We had the most enjoyable first experience here. The service was also super friendly and fast. We will be back for more pizza and more tiramisu 😮‍💨🙌🏼 We can’t wait to come back already.

To all those interested in eating here, Their food is BOMB, tastes freakin amazing and the staff are nice 👍🏽 To all the people who are complaining about the price of food, If you’re poor just say that ✨ To all the people who are upset the food tastes “bland” or didn’t taste like it came out of Gordon Ramsey’s culinary clutched but cheekz, Sincerely get over yourself you live in Queanbeyan 😊 With Peace & Love ✌🏽
