One of THE worst Chinese takeouts I've tried. Ordered lemon chicken, honey chicken, fried rice, and sweet and sour pork. The chicken was dry and rubbery and the sauces for both dishes tasted like honey and lemon in water that was microwaved. The fried rice was bland despite the ingredients that were in it and tasted like it was a few days old. The sweet and sour pork was so overcooked you couldn't even bite into it. Looking for quick traditional Chinese - this is the place in Albury. Reasonable prices and all of the traditional Chinese dishes you would expect to find. Fantastic find on an overnight stay in Albury. A Chinese couple run this very small hole-in-the-wall takeaway and the food is home cooked on the spot, very traditional, and delicious. The chicken sticky rice entree was wrapped in a bit of (palm?) leaf, just like you get it at Shanghai street vendors. Vegetable noodles and chicken with ginger and shallots was fantastic.
