Buying bread from here is what made me realise that Baker's Delight is not the same at every franchise. The chocolate croissant was so hard and dry that I could have knocked on it like a door, and basically inedible. Total waste of my money and really disappointing to get home and discover. The mini cheesymite scrolls were not very soft and they were overly chewy. I bought some a few days later from a different Baker's Delight out of curiosity if it was just the recipe having changed or something, and the ones from elsewhere were still soft and delicious. I was overcharged $0.70c (14% higher) for a bread product we regularly buy and when I showed the serving staff the correct product price on their own website, they said, the higher price I was charged was correct!
