Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one couldn’t be ignored. I ordered 7 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party and asked about any deals. I was told I could get 3 pizzas and 2 sides as part of a deal—so I expected 4 sides total.

The person taking the order confirmed the sides twice during the call, once after the third pizza and again after the sixth. I also specifically requested chilli on one of the pizzas. Everything seemed fine, and I was told delivery would take 1.5 hours.

We live 2 minutes from the shop, but after 2 hours, I called to check. I was told the order was leaving in 10 minutes—yet it arrived 30 minutes later.

When the pizzas finally arrived, none of the sides were included, and no chilli as requested. The delivery driver checked the receipt and said, “Oh, you didn’t pay for the sides?” I explained they were part of the deal I was offered. She said she didn’t know and repeated that I hadn’t paid for them.

I called the shop. The staff member checked the order and again said I hadn’t paid for the sides. I walked him through the order process, and he said he’d check with the person who took the order. Still, I was told I hadn’t paid for them.

To top it all off—there was a shard of glass in one of the pizzas.

This was not just poor service—it was dangerous and deeply disappointing. Rude staff, broken promises, missing items, and a serious safety hazard. I won’t be ordering...

Ordered for pickup, pizza was ready super fast, flavours were quite good.

Cutting back on a few stars here on the review because of the pathetic attempt to cut our pizza... come on guys, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist with a degree in quantum physics to work out the angle of the dangle to cut a pizza in somewhat ‘even’ sized slices. Every single slice of pizza was cut in a shape that didn’t come even close to any other slices in the box. It was like someone was on a mission at taking the piss as hard as possible to set the most uneven cut as they possibly could.

Seriously... a blind man with arthritis in both hands using two bamboo chop sticks and a box of hammers could have cut this pizza better than the person given the arduous task of cutting our pizza.

At $23 for a pizza.. yeah.. I think you guys should at least cut the thing even enough for two people to share and not have to try and work out a somewhat even amount each.

Yes... I should have taken photo evidence, but to give you an idea of the ridiculousness... the smallest piece was less than two finger widths wide and maybe only a few inches long, perfect size for a two year olds birthday party, largest piece was on par with one of those New York off the richter scale...

We've stopped going here anymore they haven't gotten the order right for over 6 months with the exception of one or two times.

Its a pity because we had been going here for years and drive past countless other stores and thier quality of produce was good however the presentation /coverage of the toppings leaves alot to be desired.

They offer a free pizza most times but we refuse and just ask them to make them right. Or take it home get something else to eat and give it to the dog

We have seen the docket with the notes hanging up, highlighted, asterisks, underlined but its still made wrong.

If they are not going to read the ALLERGENS and special orders section there's no point having it.

I'm sorry to say they will just make customers unhappy, turn them away or potentially put one of them in hospital.
