The guy present there said there no student discount and my efforts went in vain. Moreover, jalapeño in jalapeño dunk were half the amount of what I usually get at Jesmond. I am fine with not getting discount but at least meet up the standards Pizza Hut if you are not even going to offer a discount which I was promised for over the phone. Told person the counter the name on the order. Then waited with my daughter. Watched as customer in store received and took back the two pizzas he received. Saying they were wrong. The pizzas looked to be my order but despite standing within view, the workers never put the connection together. I continued to wait on my order but noticed on app it had been cleared from system. Upon realising this went to counter to raise concerns, and only after showing staff the phone and order did they realise their mistake.
