Our favourite and go to Filo diner whenever my husband and I are on roster break. Desserts are really good esp the leche flan which I know is made of pure yolks with condensed and evap milk which what make any leche flan smooth and heavenly. We also love the red snapper, beef tapa, dinuguan, tortang talong, etc, all other meat ulams. The place is clean and the food is ok. There are many choices including dessert . Good for those people who miss Philippinos food and don't bother cooking themselves. The rice portion is too much compared to the little protein served. The price is quite steep, was quite suprised to pay more than $50 bucks for 3 types of bain-marie dishes and a veg lumpia.
