A group of us (6) ate in here. It was a Monday night so not so busy. Between the six of us we ordered something like 9 or 10 entrees. These included, short soups, chicken & corn soups, fried wontons, dim sums and chicken satays. These were all pretty good, no complaints. Mains we ordered 6 and 2 special fried rices. All meals came out in pretty good time. As we were all sharing this suited us. All meals were fresh and hot. The serves aren't as large as some other restaurants but they were not small. Some of the group ordered dessert. Fried icecream and banana fritters were ordered. The fried icecreams' outer batter was too thick, sorry guy's this is the only big negative for the whole meal. I recommend and would go back when we are in the area again. 8.5/10.

If the sign out the front says "takeaway open“ then dining in is still open. Pictured are lemon chicken, Mongolian beef and mixed vegetables. BYO is wine only and $4/person as at December 2024, so if you want wine with dinner then swing by the IGA nearby and pick up a bottle there.

The food was really very good. The duck was mid blowing the best we had so far in Victoria and WA. Love the middles and the fried rice The spring rolls oooh my god so fresh and tasty

*Owner was very nice and we later discovered she is also the only chef. *First impression: no light in the toilet. It was pitch black, and I mean completely dark to the point where I just aimed and prayed. In addition the hand dryer in the ladies toilet was not working and two sinks were out of order (no idea why). *We come from Melbourne so our opinion is based on the quality of food we have come to expect. *Entree was average (prawn with satay sauce that was meant for satay chicken) *Main course (chilli chicken) was absolutely terrible to the point of being inedible. Bland, no flavour, tasted almost like plastic. We both decided we couldn't eat it and got up to let the owner know and then promptly left. *The owner was nice but had absolutely no idea how to cook Chinese food. I have never tasted Chinese food so devoid of flavour. Either she needs to learn how to cook food in an authentic manner or hire someone who knows how to. *Very bizarre experience and we were still charged a lot of money ($31 for two drinks and an entree). We paid the money simply because we felt bad for the owner. *Won't be back unless the owner finds a...

My partner and I decided to try the Chinese restaurant 4 dinner first night of folk festival. Went to use the toilet, the smell was atrocious and filthy with hand basin out of order. Should have walked out then. Ordered the banquet, our entree came out of the Bain-Marie on the street Whoo ho ? Fried rice stagnant the beef was chewy lemon chicken was average 2 tell the truth the ice cream was the only thing that tasted like it should . The carpet in dining area was discussing looked like they had played squid games overall waste of $94 would not recommend to the homeless...
