This review is purely aimed at management and not at the workers; we ordered a delivery and were given another customer's order. That's understandable - these things happen! However, to then call up and ask what the process was to rectify this mistake and be told that there was only 2 minors working is awful.

There should be someone in a senior position in case something goes wrong; younger people are more than capable, but they still need a guiding hand and safety net when they inevitably make mistakes - we should all be afforded the grace to make mistakes and learn from them without being in the front line to cop abuse from disgruntled customers.

Having a senior and experienced staff member available for every shift will be beneficial to younger staff and customers.

I commend the young worker who answered my call; their mature manner and wish to resolve the issue was appreciated. I hope they understand my review is not a negative critique of them, and only a critique of the internal processes of Baskin Robbins Port Macquarie.

It might also be worth reconsidering the use of third party delivery companies in circumstances such as these. If there's a mistake made in store, it should not be left up to the customer to request a refund and decide whether or not to reorder; it should be delivered and arrive as expected. This is a gap that is created as a consequence of using a third party delivery company; unfortunately, I may reconsider next time I have a craving for...

The ice cream is Ok, however, the employee was not very friendly. Unfortunately, he gave me the wrong ice cream. We had ordered ice cream for several people, which is why I did not notice it directly. When I then tried my ice cream I noticed that it was the wrong type of ice cream. We are here on holidays and have been twice it’s where my children have chosen to go the second time without hesitation! We absolutely loved it! The store was busy and the team was friendly with great service and all about ensuring each and every customer got what they wanted. My family even got to try a few flavours and they were happy to help choose flavours and for them to try.
