Domino's Pizza Northpoint — Restaurant in Queensland

Ordered a 30 dollar deal via the app. Swapped the Pepsi for a Sunkist and then ordered a chicken side as an addition. Side didn't arrive and was over charged. Driver who was lovely went back to store and returned with side and told me new owners said it was impossible to refund me the difference. Was also informed that app had attached itself to the addition for charging purposes, now this is an order I place twice a week and never an issue before. Delivery was on time, product quality was passable at best. I rang store to discuss with manager, was assured that these passed their quality control for size, quality and cutting. Manager seemed unwilling to take responsibility or even be apologetic for the poor quality.
