Very bad service from an arrogant French male at the entrance of the premises. I was in the cafe this morning when he turned to me and said to wait outside, he then turned to the couple behind me and asked them if they wanted a table for two. When I questioned why he did not serve me properly, he asked if I had a booking. I said the couple you showed to the table did not have a booking. Very rude, typical, of this French porc.

1. I am normally quite a tolerant person but I will match rudeness with rudeness.
2. Your premises, although a little busy had plenty of unreserved tables.
3. I don't mind waiting as long as I get good service, but to have a couple who definitely had no prior booking being led to a table just after I was asked to go outside was not good.

Bad service and bad food - instead I recommend you walk around the corner to Muse cafe, it's SO much better & quieter too.

The worst service I’ve ever received in a cafe - we were told off by the blonde waitress because we sat down at a table before she had cleared it. We were just trying to help her by stacking the plates and tried to tell her we didn’t mind the mess but she continued on angrily saying, “no, it’s easier for me!” I thought that was a really selfish attitude to focus on what’s easier for her rather than others. We noticed that the plates of food left behind were barely touched so it must not have been good anyway. We just left after the waiter talked to us like that.

Response to owner - obviously we followed the please wait to be seated sign. We didn't just walk in and seat ourselves, we checked in with the waiter first. Regardless, you don't reprimand your customers like that. The inability to apologise speaks volumes for the kind of service you...

We ordered takeaway dinner here last Tuesday. We ordered two crepes and a salad and chips. When we opened the bag, they had completely forgotten the salad we paid for and there was no prosciutto on the crepe I ordered which is why I ordered it in the first place. When I called the manager he apologised and said it was because it was a new chef. He then offered to send me a gift voucher through email which I agreed to. He said he will send it today or tomorrow. I never received anything in my email, I checked everywhere. Nothing to be seen.

We came here a year ago to dine in for dinner and there was bright lipstick on our glass and a black hair in our food. We politely didn’t say anything. After a year I thought I’d give the place another shot because their food did taste good.

I won’t usually complain and leave a review but I think this is pretty reasonable. I won’t be coming back. Completely turned...
