Gus' Coffee Stockland — Restaurant in Queensland

Coffee great. Food below average. Service, shocking. When we were taking a small moment to decide what muffin to get the staff rolled her finger and told us to 'keep it going keep it going' as if we were holding her up for that 1/2 a second. Didn't ask for our name for the order, didn't ask if we wanted sugar, didn't ask if we wanted to dine in or take away, didn't ask if we wanted our food heated up or not. We left after a 20min wait with sugarless coffees and a hot muffin. And I honestly don't understand why there is seats and tables when staff don't bother to give you a table number and bring your order out. Just 4 staff behind a crowded coffee machine with no initiative to help elderly customers to there table with a full take out tray they had to collect from the counter, which we witnessed twice while we waited. Pretty damn appalling. Won't be back. Jamaica Blue, Stella Rosa, and Coffee Club all have outstanding customer service and will be using them...

Personally, this is the best coffee in Rocky and Australia 🇦🇺 Gus's at Stocklands has always been my day starter. Since retiring and travelling Aus we longed for a good coffee and Gus was our first stop when we arrived back home. Highly recommend the Honey and Date loaf and leg ham toastie ❤ You show me where you can get a great coffee for $5 anywhere else in regard to the service we have always been treated with a friendly smile and it also depends on the way you treat people in return. I don’t know where to start to say how much I love Gus’ Coffee Stockland! The coffee, the food and the service are incredible. With my job I travel around Australia I still maintain it is the best coffee in Australia ♥️ Even my national manager loves Gus’ and agree’s it’s the best coffee in Australia.
