Requested a large chips with NO CHICKEN SALT (as have allergy to MSG) in drive through. I said I wanted them hot this time please. ... went on to paying counter .... specifically said again NO CHICKEN SALT and hot. There was a bit of talk behind scenes and I was asked to wait in WAITING spot; I said "not a problem, I don't mind waiting as long as they are HOT and have NO CHICKEN SALT". I felt like a broken record, but had been let down before. I was assured the chips would be cooked to my special request. Guess what ... they were hot & fresh as I had a couple straight away, thought I could taste a trace of chicken salt... thought it may have been the residue from previous chips cooked, so went on my way; I didn't realise until I was a few minutes away but the further I got into the chips the more I realised they were smothered in CHICKEN SALT. I was so tempted to turn around and take them back, but I was on a mission to get home. I suffered sinus pain and sneezing all the way home ... 75klms. this was at least the 3rd time I had the same request ..... 3rd time simple order was stuffed up. Thanks Hungry Jacks ..... I won't be trying a 4th time.
