The staff act like entitled, spoilt children, often arguing or acting inappropriate in front of or towards the customer's. This is particularly alarming given most customers at this service point are elderly. The food is terrible, think pub meal with 24 hr service station quality and middle of the road pricing. Cleanliness and hygiene are also seriously questionable, not just of the tables and chairs but also the actions of the staff wiping their noses or touching phones and then the food with no washing of hands in between and all on display to the patrons. Most food is deep fried or microwaved. Orders are always wrong or have been sitting for unreasonable times under heat lamps, and the food is spoilt and the plates so hot they advise you so, but never fix the heat issues. I witnessed an elderly lady revjeve 2nd degree burns from the plate (the staff simply shrugged it off, rolled their eyes and then proclaimed they had warned her, disgusting)

As the largest employer of hospitality staff in NQLD, you'd think they would be able to train their staff better and not just shift blame to the customer.

It's a law suit waiting to happen, its over priced, the kitchen staff are not chefs, the wait staff are rude.

You'd be better off at Maccas (and maccas is processed dog sh*t)

Oh, and it's inside the casino, so the atmosphere is full of screaming drunken gambling monkeys, so...

The Spin Cafe provides a clean, economical and tasty dining experience. Diners have a choice of very well priced meals priced between nine and twelve dollars. These are all tasty, reasonably sized and great value. The twelve dollar meals are complimented with a dessert. Other meals are priced up to twenty five dollars. There is a good range and includes some well balanced dining options. Spin Cafe has an open dining area which can get busy due to the large number of punters visiting the Casino. However I am usually met with a very short queue, very little wait time and cheerful staff who obviously enjoy...

I ordered a chicken schnitzel with vegetables. Usually a safe bet and most places find it hard to stuff this up but this lot did. Veggies were two very small baby carrots, 2 small boiled potatoes and a piece of very overcooked and soggy broccolini. There was a tiny half filled bowl of pepper sauce and when I requested a bit more and showed them the measley amount I had, the staff told me it Would cost an extra $2 !! Hilarious!
