Really disappointing. I ordered a Regular plate. I got the smallest amount of meat and gems. I asked for crackle but was told I would have to pay more. Gravy and Apple sauce was really runny and like water. The 3 attendants on, didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing and worked over the top of each other. I asked for a refund after finding hairs in my food and was told they couldn't do it. When I asked for managers details no one knew them... Never again...

Worst possible service... 2 ladies got order so messed up for 1 sandwich. Cost $10 approx for 2 small pieces white bread, one aide only buttered... precut pulled pork - NOT freshly cut, no gravy as requested 2 small spots of runny tasteless apple sauce... one lqdy called me away to charge me so i cud not watch wat the was doing with meal.... returned opened to counter with one bite taken....

Like all the other reviews say on here, avoid this place at all costs....the food costs a fortune, and tastes disgusting. The bun was stale (the owner argued with me that it wasn't), the roast pork was tasteless, and the customer service is appalling. I was so disgusted I told them to keep the money....some people should not be allowed to...
