20/06/2025 Since I posted my review some months ago I have been back to this gorgeous cafe for tapas, breakfast and countless coffees. It never disappoints. I have introduced friends to it and the feedback has been so positive. Luke is always welcoming with his big smile and his coffees are the perfect way start the day. Lovely Farah exudes warmth and grace and infuses her cooking with delicate nuances which reflect her homeland. The way the food is presented on the plate and set on the table is divine. Love Esperanca Cafe and if you haven't tried it yet..make sure you pop in soon.
Initial Review: I have had very nice breakfast here a couple of times and take away coffee, but yesterday a group of 4 of us tried the drinks and tapas (from 6.30 Thurs Fri and Sat nights). We sat outside on the rear terrace and it was so lovely and relaxing. We shared chicken skewers, falafel and meatballs ..it was divine, with subtle flavours and you could taste the love that went into the cooking. We had wine and I can highly recommend the Esperanca Cocktail with gin and hints of pomegranate, rose and saffron. Everything is presented so beautifully and the hosts Farah and Luke are very welcoming. Try this fabulous new venue if you enjoy good food, good music, a relaxing ambience and hosts who make you...
Read moreI visited with a sleeping baby in her pram. She woke up crying when I placed my order and the staff there were super accommodating and lovely about it. Friendly owners, relaxing atmosphere, good espresso coffee. With that said, I’m not much of a coffee snob. If you are, go in, have a brew and tell the owner what you reckon. He’s definitely the kind of guy that will take your feedback seriously. I must also mention the wonderful saffron and pistachio cake which was perfectly light but with a kind of crispy exterior, making for an awesome taste and texture, so I can highly recommend that! I look forward to...
Read moreWent to this place for lunch with my family on a weekend. It is not a big place, but it was not too crowded when I was there. Coffee at this place was good. All of the food well cooked.
I got Egg Benedict with Ham which was about 20 dollars from memory.
My wife got a Breakfast Muffin (egg and bacon) which was 10 dollars.
Also ordered Eggs on Toast for my son. This was 12 dollars. A bit different to the usual Eggs on Toast from other cafes. It was a sandwich with cheese in the egg.
Daughter got Chicken Nuggets and Chips. 12...
