Pizzaca Pizzeria & Bar — Restaurant in Scarborough

I don't normally post negative reviews as I usually don't like to judge a venue based on one visit, however the service here was so bad, I needed to let them know. I contacted them via e-mail and received no response (I have allowed a number of months for a response), hence why I'm putting this up here.

We went there for my niece's birthday and had a booking. Our table include two 18 month olds and shortly after we arrived we ordered their food to ensure that they wouldn't get grumpy while waiting. We explained this when we went up to the counter to order, and that we'd like their food out first and as soon as they can. We were not informed that there would be any wait. About 10 minutes later we ordered the adults food, kids food still hadn't arrived. We followed up on their meals and were told it would be out soon. We were also informed the adult food would be a 30 minute wait as they were busy. Another 15 minutes went by and still no kids meals. They ended up coming out just before the adult food, but by this point, the babies were very upset - they'd eaten all their snacks, and other patrons were getting irritated as well.
