I have never been to somewhere that is so rude and with the biggest lack of customer service or consideration for customers. I advised the staff that I don’t drink alcohol so I asked to have a lemonade. The staff member then took my plate off the table and told me that I could not consume food whilst here and that they are normally booked out for their bottomless evenings and If I was not drinking I was taking up a seat off someone who would drink. I then ask to speak to the manager and no manager came over. My friends got pizza which is in the photos and it is soggy and undercooked, the presentation of the pizza at first looked good but unfortunately that was it. I was I was offered to have a mocktail package instead but I declined as I wanted a lovely meal and a lemonade. When the booking was made I was unaware that my friend did not advise you that I do not drink. I attended the evening with my two friends. I always had the intention of purchasing a meal off the main menu and having a lemonade. I was not forced into ordering anything. I chose to order as once again that’s why I attended to have a meal with friends. I understand that if one does not pay for the bottom less one can not partake in the bottom less but due to not drinking alcohol I would obviously not be partaking and enjoying the drinks and food from the bottom less.

It’s not what was said that is the issue here it is how it was said and the approach that was taken. I should not feel uncomfortable and like a burden in any establishment that serves alcohol just because I do not drink. The lack of manners and kindness from your staff member who took that plate is the most pertinent issue.

When I addressed this issue with the owner, the owner did not seem to believe what I was saying when I explained how rude the interaction was and how loud and unprofessional and unfriendly it was with their staff member.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fantastic – A Perfect Spot for Celebrations!

We recently celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday at Belicbo in Shepparton, and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The staff made us feel so welcome and were genuinely accommodating, helping everything run smoothly for our special occasion.

The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Everyone at our gathering commented on how great their pizza and sliders were, with options that catered to both adults and kids. You can tell the team at Belicbo takes real pride in their kitchen.

Another huge plus was the spacious seating. It made all the difference, especially with a large group and little ones running around. There was plenty of room for prams, high chairs, and a few decorations we brought along for the celebration.

Thank you, Belicbo, for making our daughter’s 1st birthday so memorable. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be back for more meals – and future...

Coffee (beans and milk) were burnt. Baked cheesecake was actually gelatine-set and made with lemon concentrate.

The above price did not include napkins, as we had to ask several times for them and they were handed over grudgingly. The servers slapped the food down, forcing us to move our empty plates out of their way. They also neglected to clear empty plates from our table until directed to by us, at which point, the plates were taken grudgingly.

Seating is very uncomfortable. Tables and menus were very grotty - our table had a big spill of strawberry syrup on it as well as being very sticky.

To be honest, I am grateful that the food itself (at least the menu items prepared by the chefs) was actually pretty good, as this means the whole star I can give this place is not grudging.
