Went to the cafe and asked for an ‘iced long black’ which I was told they have. When receiving my order it was served in a hot cup which I grabbed and it was warm. When I asked for more ice I was told they do not have ice so I ended up with a warm coffee. I don’t mind if you don’t have iced but don’t lie to me and say you do.
