Ordered an Incredible Choc Bowl because I wanted choc flavoured açai with strawberries and banana (as listed on the ingredients)

Was served the choc açai with frozen (not fresh) raspberries and some pineapple and pear, and no strawberries or banana. Asked about this and they said they had none - but they at no point told me that when I paid for it and I of course only found this out after receiving it. Would have ordered something different if I knew I would be served different fruits including some that were frozen not fresh. The pieces of choc brittle in the bowels were rock hard but perhaps thats how they’re meant to be, and just not to our taste.

My partner ordered a completely different bowl and received the exact same toppings as me - perhaps they are short on ingredients and just giving everyone the same toppings including some frozen regardless of what bowl they order. Disappointing especially as they advertise as being all about freshness and we got different fruits to what were listed. Usually if you are out of something you tell people when they are ordering.

The choc açai itself was very nice, just disappointed with the ingredients given the very high price ($17!) Don’t recommend the açai bowls if you want all fresh ingredients and to actually get exactly...

Choose Fresh + Choose Local = Frocal 🙌🏻 We were delighted to find this cafe offering such a wide selection of fresh and delicious food! From lovely fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls to raw desserts, ice cream and more! We loved the Salty Caramel gelato and the Lychee sorbet. You absolutely must try the lychee sorbet if you love lychees. We had the Super Bowl and the Dragon Bowl. Both were beautifully prepared, crunchy and delicious and all the ingredients used were super fresh. We also had the Fine Pine juice which was just delightful. We ordered a ham, cheese and tomato melt for our little girl and she enjoyed it a lot. We would definitely come here again. The only odd thing is that the cafe is situated in the front of a hotel and the seating is almost on the circular driveway with cars pulling up awfully close. There's seating inside too which can be easily missed if you're not aware. The staff were very friendly and helpful but there was quite a wait. Then again, it takes time to prepare fresh food so that's not an issue for...

Be aware the photos for frocals are very outdated, the store and food looks nothing like this. We had brunch there today and were very dissapointed. Produce like tomatoes,lemon were very old.overall the meals were below average .Glasses were dirty ,flies everywhere in thier open kitchen.When we had enough and i took back my raw slice to the owner to show him the long hair that was in it ,i got the reply of "that sucks do you want another one " i replied "no we dont want anything from here" but no offer of refund or apology. We specifically came to the cafe because we enjoy vegan ,organic food. Sadly this seems like a cafe that the ownwer ,staff have lost passion for.
