Waitress walked into my personal space as I came in, I sat down. Went to order food and she fully walked into me then touched my arm. And then all the staff looked at me like I was the rude one as my personal space was violated twice. I made a complaint saying I felt disrespected and unsafe. They said they would follow it up. Didn’t offer to refund my food and sent the same waitress that disrespect me twice, over to then fake apologise and gave me a very bad meal that cost way too much for the quality and size. The bread tasted like cheap white supermarket GF toast, one piece and eggs and a small half bruised avocado for almost $30? I went up for a chai, she same waitress now being extremely verbally rude too took my order, as if I was the issue not her very bad service. I ended up not having the chai because overall it was a very bad experience. The food was terrible and I’m still hungry after it. Don’t go there. Maccas has better service. The whole seed oil free and healthy marketing really doesn’t match what you’re served. Worth maybe $10 what I ate.
It’s the second bad experience I’ve had here. First time I was refused a coffee order because it was a public holiday and their orders closed early unannounced for some reason. So violated three times with a bad meal. Overpriced, bad quality, too small. Not worth going to this fake (conscious?)...
Read moreamazing coffee!!! such a lovely little spot.
EDIT: I’ve been twice for the eggs benny this past week!
Food is great here and I feel like it is worth the price as they only use good ingredients! Housemade hollandaise is amazing and somehow the second eggs benny I got (yes I’ve had two this week) was even better than the first!
I have grown up hating avo and am proud to say that this cafe has served me such a lovely meal that I consumed an ENTIRE half avo! Twice!! If you love avo you better come here.
My mum got the granola and other than her comment that it could be sweeter it was absolutely beautiful.
I love the food here. You don’t feel overly full or sick after eating it. As for drinks- I’ve tried both hot/cold coffee and matcha and both are great.
If you’re looking for a cute brekki/brunch spot with decent food and coffee this is the place.
Thankyou to the manager(?) for telling me about this place when you came into my work and I asked about your Pallion point hat. You guys are always so friendly at...
Read moreWe usually have brunch at one of the other lovely cafes in the area but thought to spread our custom this morning. Quite taken aback by the barista who outlined a long list of procedures for ordering a coffee before I tried to order. When I did try to order, she informed me that someone else would take my order and told the staff person next to her to do it. I get all staff may have an informal pecking order, but was taken aback by the attitude. If you'd like a table, you can hover behind a table of people who look finished eating. If you don't do this or are by yourself and leave a table to order at the counter, someone else will take the table. There are so many other options nearby, don't bother here. It's a long wait for an average,...
