Hungry Jack's Burgers Buddina — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Today, I visited what was my favourite fast food restaurant, Hungry Jacks, and much to my disgust, I've got to admit I should've visited the McDonalds across the road.

No wait for a table, because there are no clean tables, except for the one with someone sleeping at it wrapped in a blanket.

Almost got my order in without being asked by some lady if they could use my phone to make a call, she did offer what she thought was $2 wrapped in a plastic bag for that call but I was in a rush and had to get my order in so kindly declined.

I didn't spend much there and am glad I didn't because what I received as my order made me feel quite ill and ended up with a sore tummy and bum wees. I can't put that down to Hungry Jacks exactly... but there isn't anything else I had recently to then I could've blammed it on... while believing it.

Watching the staff work today they looked flat out, I must admit, all working quickly and what assumingly was quite well together. They must be under staffed as no one while I was there had time to walk out to the shop floor and clean the very old dry ice cream spills and the rest of the rubbish everywhere, not to mention the crap rubbed on the bin lids that had flies going in and out of them constantly or especially not to remove the asleep human taking up space during a busy period. There were also young kids doing laps up and down the car park on their electric scooters and bikes doing wheelies. Wheelie well done but there's got to be a safer place for this.

I wasn't a fan of seeing how this store was ran today and there is no way a customer can assume it...

Unmotivated Team Members. 27.03.24 @ 8am I use the drive The drive thru to grad a coffee and a burger on my way to work because of the easy fast service one would come to expect using a drive thru, I would have been the third car in line waiting after i placed my order which was a coffee,Burger, chips after 9 minutes I pulled up to pay and collect my meal and then was asked to pull around to the front and wait.. Now I'm not a rocket scientist but if you had only three cars in line and all the orders are in wouldn't you expect to have enough chips cooking to fill only three or four orders? I declinded the offer to wait for the fries and asked the staff member to just give me the coffee and burger as I now only had 10 minutes to get to work after waiting 15minutes by this time. With no sense of making an effott the team member placed an empty packet / fires container into the bag, Now I would understand if you guys where getting ( smashed with orders ) but come on 3 or 4 cars Get Ya act together. I allways provide a true and honest review and give credit...

We called in to get a quick meal after a big day. It just ended up being a stressful event. We ordered promptly via the self order system. Confirmed our order was being processed. Then we waited and waited. Our cold drinks we made and left to stand to melt and get hot. Then our order disappeared of the screen as if we received it. When I finally asked where our order was a meal was quickly sort with the drinks which I refused to take, fresh drinks were made. The burgers must have been sitting for awhile as the buns were soggy. Chips were hard and overcooked. Chicken nuggets didn't look very appealing. I should have canceled the order and asked for my money back. There seemed to be only one staff member who knew what she was doing, she was trying to help other staff to get things done. Why wasn't there a manager out helping this staff member. We won't be back, I'll just drive further down the road to the opposition. Very...
