Used to love muffin break, havenāt been for awhile but Went today (Sunday) as I really fancied a muffin. 1 x blueberry & 1 x spinach & 2 oat milk lattes. Coffeeās although meant to be the same, were not alike, froth distribution bizarre, it was probably the worst coffee I have ever had, thought it might just be me but daughter also commented, froth was bubbly (yes I know itās oat milk but still you can get a better froth than that) Coffee had a burnt after taste to it, not sure if they are cleaning their coffee head properly between shots or what. Literally had a few sips & had to leave the rest! & just when you thought it couldnāt get any worse both my daughters & my latte glasses had chips on the rim of the glass! Not hygienic or safe! It was a steady flow but not super busy so no idea why they canāt take 2 seconds to double...

We were finally served by the girl who needed help, and yet the tall blond girl still didn't come back to make coffees. Only after several minutes did she return to make our order. But only after completing some orders she obviously thought weren't important enough to be done before walking out to chat with the customer.
Next thing, she coughs on her shoulder, laughs at the dark haired colleague in glasses running food and says: "Mmmmm, crusty!"
What is that???? Why on earth would you think it appropriate to do that in food service?

I have had to ask a few times to actually put a decent amount of coffee in! I donāt know if itās a tactic to make money, if so thatās appalling, or poorly trained baristas (if soā¦.take time to train them properly). The owner is defensive, unapologetic and rarely gives a care about your complaint. Itās such a shame.. your answers to other reviews are standard, uncaring, unspecific and seem AI generated. If you care at all then take time to actually read them, understand them and care that your customers genuinely want to come back but not until...
