Hygiene!!! The female sushi maker was just next to us, after she made sushi, she didn't take the gloves off, touched her water bottle, drank some water, touched her hair, then made more Sushi, she didn't change gloves at all, it's an open kitchen.
Hot rice! If you ever been to Japan, sushi rice shouldn't be hot.
We have already read about the reviews of sushi train. It's true its chicken, canned tuna, fake crab meat....endless chicken rolls.
We ordered: chicken karage Rice: not Japanese, not crunchy and doesn't look like the one on their photo, very saucy Salmon nigiri and salmon Sushi: at least salmon tasted cold, very small portion Eel nigiri: 0.2cm of eel with hot rice, very sad Prawn roll: very wet rice From train: Salmon roll with weird sour cream or liquid cream cheese on top Fake crab meat roll with cucumber and avocado, the sushi is not cut through, same very wet hot rice.

Read moreAh, the esteemed "Soo Sushi" - a veritable paradise for sushi aficionados such as myself. I was recently fortunate enough to partake in their Karaage chicken rice bowl, and let me tell thee, it was a delight beyond measure. The chicken was crisp and succulent, the rice perfectly cooked, and the sauce an exquisite balance of savory and sweet.
But let us not forget the sushi itself - oh, how delightful it was! Each piece was a work of art, crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. The flavors were bold and distinct, the textures a harmonious balance of soft and crunchy.
In conclusion, "Soo Sushi" is a culinary gem that should not be missed. The Karaage chicken rice bowl and sushi are both not to be missed, and I highly recommend them to all who seek to indulge in the finest culinary delights. So, if thou art in search of sumptuous fare, look no further than "Soo Sushi"! Thou shalt not be...
Read moreLook to put it quite frankly i was not impressed, i have been to countless restaurants offering Japanese dishes and this one seriously did not cut it, i ordered a plate of karaage chicken and to my surprise the photos were incredibly misleading, i was lead to believe it was to come with a side portion of salad but when it had been laid out in front of me i was outright refused my salad after explicitly asking for it, the waitress looked in my eyes and called me a “geek sandwich”? An insult i had not heard before and shoved the plate off the table and said and i quote “do you still want salad with that?” Will not be coming back here ever again and will be highly recommending everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
