Zarraffa's Coffee Maroochydore — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

It's alright, just alright for me especially when in comparison to Nambour. I always go to Nambour when I do my monthly drive to the Sunny Coast from north of Gympie and go to the doctors and other places down there. It's always the highlight of my day and I get the same order every time, it's not a custom one or anything, just a white chocolate mocha. But I gave Maroochydore a try the other day and left disappointed. It took WAY longer to get through drive through even though there was only 3 of us using it and the coffee tasted burnt and all the syrup was done the bottom, not stirred through, so the top 3/4 was bland and the bottom 1/4 had to go in the bin as it was so sweet and overpowering. It's a shame as it's such an easy fix, just stir the coffee. I don't know about the burnt flavour though as Nambour doesn't have this and I've been going to them since they opened. I've gone to other stores as well and they were all the same as Nambour, so not sure why Maroochydore is so lacking compared...

Linda took the time whilst we were in the drive through to explain and offer suggestions to me. Being a newcomer to this it was quite overwhelming with the variety displayed to us. Plastic straws is automatically five starts to begin with 😂 the plastic straw was the cherry on the top. Linda did an awesome job multi tasking a variety of jobs such as taking other drive through orders and we sat in the car watching her make ours at the same time. Thank you Linda your customer service was already amazing and the plastic straw was the a delightful surprise. Ohhh and the white chocolate coffee with hazelnut was the best.

Went to pop in to grab a coffee after driving from Brisbane. Was going inside to see if they also had a toilet. I popped my head over the counter to say hello and had 4 staff members look at me and quickly look away as if so they didn't have to deal with the actual human in the store. I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged and when I turned and said well guess I won't grab a coffee here I had a staff member follow me to my car and take my picture? Not sure why u took the picture of someone you were rude to and didn't serve.

Absolutely no customer service from this place. If I could give it...
