Pho Bo Dac Biet Wagyu Tho Da (Combination Noodle Soup with Wagyu Beef in Stone Bowl) $23

Broth - a nice, subtle fragrance and a pleasant flavour. 9/10

Noodles - most disappointing. Not anywhere near enough standard length noodles and what was served up were far too soft and really bitsy, (predominantly short bits and pieces). Lift your noodle game (because they are a low cost item!) 5/10

Meats - Wagyu served raw on the side to be added to the broth, gets a pass mark - what was disappointing was no brisket, no flank, no tripes, 1/2 a beef ball, scant tiny bits of tendon. 6/10

Condiments - the star of the show, with generous chillies, basil, sprouts, pickled garlic and a small serving of a satay type sauce. 10/10

Would I go back? Maybe, but the competition for my Pho dollar is stiff - and there are so many places that offer a bigger and better bang for my hard...

Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm and came here with two other people. We were sat in one tiny table. We all ordered the pho dac biet. There was not a lot of meat, tripe or meat balls. When the food came out there was not enough room for all of us to have each plate of raw beef and noodles. The service was terrible, we ordered a lemon iced tea and had to remind the staff to make it. By the time we got the drink we were finished eating. There was no spoons in our table compartment. We also had to ask for lemon, there are 3 people seated and they gave us 2 slices of lemon. The broth was ok at best and the only benefit was the broth stayed hot consistently throughout the whole experience. The decorations in the restaurant are mismatched and tacky. It’s August and they have Christmas tree decorations on the fake Sakura tree in the middle of...

I ate many Pho in Sydney but I’m so surprised when I ate the Pho in here at the first time , it’s so tasty that’s why I came back many times and when the lockdown they give for me less meat , noodles even the lemon , I’m a little disappointed about this restaurant and don’t visit them much . But last week when I came back and the Pho is perfect and tasty . I hope they don’t change anymore, don’t put less meat , or lemon. You can put the price up but don’t put your Pho down , Please !!! I love your...

A+++ service & Yummy noodle!!! Dry noodle version tastes a bit close to Hu tieu Thanh Nhan in Saigon Vietnam. That reminds me how long I have of visiting Vietnam. The noodle bow can potentially 😅..make you full all day. We got recommended Green bean drink which is quite nice! 2 main worth dishes to try is the Dry Noodle and the Wagu Beef in Noodle in the stone bowl. The rest is kinda traditional Vietnamese foods like the "Bun Dau Mam Tom" (smelly but yummy) and "Com Mam Ruoc"

A Vietnamese restaurant that serves pho in a hot stone bowl! I recommend the Special Beef Pho. The soup is hot, light but tasty. The spring rolls are also crispy and filled with ingredients. The restaurant is clean and food comes quickly. There is also a large decorative tree inside the restaurant, which brings some life to the interior. The iced coffee isnt bad, but more to the stronger flavours. Overall, I enjoyed it and will come back! 😋👍

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Pho Restaurant at Quay Quan Quan, and it was an absolute delight. Their Stone Bowl Pho, accompanied by a side of rare Wagyu beef for me to cook, left me thoroughly impressed. The fragrant broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender, flavorful beef created a harmonious explosion of flavors. The interactive experience of cooking the Wagyu beef to my liking on a hot stone plate was exceptional
