Pho Bo Dac Biet Wagyu Tho Da (Combination Noodle Soup with Wagyu Beef in Stone Bowl) $23
Broth - a nice, subtle fragrance and a pleasant flavour. 9/10
Noodles - most disappointing. Not anywhere near enough standard length noodles and what was served up were far too soft and really bitsy, (predominantly short bits and pieces). Lift your noodle game (because they are a low cost item!) 5/10
Meats - Wagyu served raw on the side to be added to the broth, gets a pass mark - what was disappointing was no brisket, no flank, no tripes, 1/2 a beef ball, scant tiny bits of tendon. 6/10
Condiments - the star of the show, with generous chillies, basil, sprouts, pickled garlic and a small serving of a satay type sauce. 10/10

Read moreCame here on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm and came here with two other people. We were sat in one tiny table. We all ordered the pho dac biet. There was not a lot of meat, tripe or meat balls. When the food came out there was not enough room for all of us to have each plate of raw beef and noodles. The service was terrible, we ordered a lemon iced tea and had to remind the staff to make it. By the time we got the drink we were finished eating. There was no spoons in our table compartment. We also had to ask for lemon, there are 3 people seated and they gave us 2 slices of lemon. The broth was ok at best and the only benefit was the broth stayed hot consistently throughout the whole experience. The decorations in the restaurant are mismatched and tacky. It’s August and they have Christmas tree decorations on the fake Sakura tree in the middle of...
