80 Bar & Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

There was big piece of ceramic shard and plastic in my food, has cause damagess to my teeth, owner Ali and Andrew admitted their fault. But now wouldn't pay my dental cost to fix the damages. Very unprofessional and not responsible. They stop replying once i gave the dental bills. They try to get away from paying by going after my work. What kind of an establishment that doesn't take responsibility in causes harm to their clients. Public liabliability its there fault but won't pay for my cost. What a shame. Do not eat here!!!, if you happen to choke or seek damages to their negligence they will leave you in the dark and not response.

The cafe is nice located and beautiful arch building! however, I felt so bad with the treatment I got from the staff! They tried to make me buy coffee because I use a table for a long time, with only one purchase, while I was working on my laptop, (they don’t have wifi) and then they push me to buy a new coffee serving another one in my table of the same type and then if you don’t buy they send you the bill with any explanation at mid day! With no people at least 3 tables!!!! So my suggestion put a sign which says NO WORKING PLACE FRIENDLY - ONLY QUICK CONSUMPTION besides the coffee I bought I have to leave it completely full due to the taste! And even tho they send me the bill and kick me out without at least they should ask if I wanted to order anything else! I’ve never experience...

Food was delicious but service is atrocious. My meal was forgotten about and after being patient for almost a half hour I then had to struggle to get a staff member's attention; even when I stood at the counter 3 staff members behind the counter failed to make eye contact or acknowledge my existence for a couple of minutes, even though they didn't seem particularly busy. They were barely apologetic for my meal being overlooked (even though I asked specifically at the time of ordering if my ordering choices were things that would take long to make, and the answer was no).
