Adamo's Pasta — Restaurant in Sydney

There is nothing more satisfying then a bowl of pasta!!Adamo's is a all about delicious Italian style pasta. As you walk into the store you will notice a little pasta counter full of freshly made pasta and sauces. There is also a section with frozen pasta items. If freshly cooked pasta for lunch or dinner is what you are after then make your way to the dinning area at the back where you can choose from many different types of pasta dishes (So many yummy choices I wanted them all!) The boys at the front are super friendly and happy to help you out if your having trouble understanding how the menu works or deciding. I really felt like seafood so I chose the Vodka Prawns and paired it up with my favourite pasta papadelle. My husband loves Ragu so whenever he has the chance to eat it that's what he chooses. He also paired his Ragu with the papadelle. Both dishes came with parmasen cheese and chilli on the side. The servings were generous and had plenty of sauce, just how we like it. The Ragu was tender and the vodka prawns cooked perfectly. So delicious I just didn't want my pasta to end! After eating authentic, fresh pasta of all varieties in the motherland, Italy, I like to think of myself as a bit of a pasta fanatic. I had been recommended this place and had seen that they have won several awards for their pasta, so expectations were high. Adamo’s delivers on fresh, quality, delicious pasta with a selection of different types of pastas and your choice of pastas! I’ve rarely seen places that offer fresh spaghetti, this was one of the best homemade ones I’ve eaten which paired beautifully with the vodka prawn sauce. Also pictured here is the tagliatelle with Adamo’s signature sauce - Tomato based Sauce with Italian Sausage Mushrooms and Cream. Adamo’s is a small pasta shop with a few tables for eat in where they cook it fresh or you can order at the Bain marie or you can buy pasta for takeaway to cook at home. I’ve been here a few times now, and I can’t wait to come...

Finally ! Someone that can cook a decent Lasagna. Popped in and got the Fresh 2.4kg tray. Just heat in the oven and it's ready.

Good quality ingredients and not one piece of hard fat or sinew in the bolognese. Good job on that. The sauce is sweet and balanced without a trace of bitterness. I seen the big cans of Mutti tomatoes. I use them as well, super sweet👌

My only preference is It could have a little more salt and bechamel sauce. I'm just over indulgent.

Overall it's a well balanced Lasagna that allows you to taste all the ingredients at the same time without any flavors overpowering one another.
