Adora Handmade Chocolates - CBD — Restaurant in Sydney

I go to this store at least twice a week for a hot chocolate. Today I thought I should do a review. The customer service is exceptional, they are always so damn polite and friendly. You don't get that sort of great customer service now days in most places. In actual fact, part of the best part is just been reminded their are good, hard working people who are positive in their role. Perhaps more office workers should visit this store.

The crew at this store can get pretty busy but they keep working hard and smiling. Nothing seems like it bothers them.

The hot chocolates are always exceptional, I've tried to figure out how they do it but I still can't replicate it back in the office. My recommendation of the chocolates available is the freeze dried strawberry. Absolutely exceptional, again we considered buying a freeze drier but I feel we wouldn't hit the mark like the team at Adora do.

Dismayed that my usual chocolate cafes wouldn't open for another couple of hours and not wanting to sink to the depths of depravity and order overpriced powdered chocolate water from a regular cafe, I came to Adora. Desperate for a good quality hot chocolate to warm me from the blast of cold wind outside, I was delighted by the beverage I was served. The Belgian hot chocolate was perfectly balanced, sweet and creamy without being overwhelmingly rich. The staff were just as sweet and warm as the hot chocolate and the added bonus of a complimentary chocolate I got to select from their assortment rounded out the experience to a perfect five stars....

We love Adora chocolates. The Hot-Chocolate is so rich and tasty with a superior texture and flavour. All the chocolate packs are beautifully presented and stylish. We really enjoyed the staff and service yesterday. Melody is super-caring and engaging offering superior service. And Hope is a very charming young lady, and Zoe is terrific. Can't wait to return to Adora in Bligh St. It is wonderful to have a superior-quality chocolate venue without any hint of pretension. Congrats...
