Al Aseel Accor Stadium — Restaurant in Sydney

Let me start by saying the food, customer service and ambience was amazing and I have given this as a 5 star review. However there was one issue which really needs to be ironed out...

We had a 7pm booking (earliest booking possible. Kick off for game was 8pm) . The gates for the stadium also opened at 7pm. Our ticket entry was for Gate B which is on the other side of the stadium to where the restaurant is and the line up to get in to the stadium was extremely long. This meant that we didn't get to the restaurant until 7.20pm. There needs to be better consistency whereby dining patrons can enter the stadium earlier and/or from an alternative gate by showing their reservation booking. Also more information could be given to the customer when booking as to the exact location of the restaurant within the stadium and the fact that you can't get in earlier or from an alternative gate.
