The worst experience I have ever had. Will never insure with this company ever again. The Call center staff are from the Philippines, unfortunately they are incompetent as well as the duty manager who tried to make up excuses and false stories for the staffs incompetence. I spent 3 consecutive days attempting to make a payment to my account after multiple calls, staff x3 over the phone assured me they had deducted the payment to only receive text message afterwards saying my policy was cancelled. On the third day after long wait times I was told that sorry my policy was actually cancelled. Read moreNRMA house insurance is beyond disappointment. I have 2 ceiling damaged, NRMA and the builder spent 2 months in elongated process. I complained to NRMA 3 times and escalated. NRMA complaint officer blamed me being 'unprepared', I did not write long report to detail my complaint for her to review. (should I do her job and get her salary?). NRMA contact the builder and guided them to reply on their favour. NRMA complaint officers (x3) all focused to find fault from customer.
