My dining experience at Arcade Bar last evening was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—gracious, attentive, and delivered with the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. The staff, especially ilia, effortlessly anticipated our needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made the evening all the more enjoyable.

Arcade Sydney looks good on the surface, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. Drinks are weak, the tap lines taste filthy, and the service is consistently dismissive. You’d expect better, but it makes sense once you see how the place is run.

During one visit, two men sat loudly discussing profit margins near the bar, one staff member confirmed they were the owners. What stood out wasn’t business strategy, but the pride they took in underpaying their staff to boost profit. It wasn’t subtle, they were bragging.

When a venue treats its staff like that and cuts corners on quality, it shows everywhere. I hope someone looks into it, because this place isn’t just sloppy…it’s exploitative.

Promotional meals are more than a rip-off, and the happy hour? You’d get better value from buying a bottle of water.

I won’t be back, and neither should you. This isn’t just a bad night out—it’s a venue that cuts corners, mistreats staff, and banks on appearances. Do yourself a favour: skip the scam and spend your money somewhere that...

Came in here solo after a glowing recommendation... lovely venue. Ordered the tuna starter with rice chips which was delicious. The burger came soon after (also nice)... fries were cold, small, and the "end of the batch".

Was going to order a cocktail after my beer, but... I was seated at the end of the bar right where you walk in. 9 women walked in, and while it wasn't crowded, they leaned right over me screaming their order / desire to go upstairs... would have been nice if the bartender right in front of us ushered them down the bar to have a separate chat so it didn't spoil the end of my meal / beer. Soured the end of my meal - chugged my beer and left while the wine-whine...
