The main reason this gets the 2 stars is because we have been coming here along time and usually always have a great time and the coffee is always the best in the area. But today however, was a less than experience. It seemed like all the staff on were work experience. I got the wrong coffee let them know & the girls confirmed it was the right drink and just charged me for a large instead of small, which is fine, get it accidents happen not a big deal. 20 mins later after im half way through the coffee, they bring out the right drink and say they gave me the wrong one. Again. Thats fine, the two young girls explained they were work experience and only on their first/second days. So they had leeway because we are all in their shoes at one point in time. HOWEVER, the food was far from your usual quality. It was below subpar. Wet/oily, scrambelled eggs. Dry banana bread. Over cooked fried eggs. No one around to complain to either and I didnt wanna be rude to the work experience girls again. Literally just here for fathers day and the food was amazing. What changed in the last 3 weeks? Not to mention, you were out of Rasin Toast? Like how? One of the easiest things to re-stock. Next time i'll listen to my gut and...

Extremely embarrassed and upset - Everyone experiences a bad coffee or meal and asked the staff politely "could you please fix this up" and 99% of the time its not a problem.

WELL not this time - we have received a LIFETIME BAN (Please read)

My wife and myself have been going to Art Cafe for over 9 years and we even married in the Japanese Gardens near the cafe.

14/4/2019 - We went for our Sunday morning coffee and look forward to the atmosphere and occasionally enjoy reminiscing about our wedding.

WELL not anymore as we have received a LIFETIME BAN for giving feedback, which they call complaining. If a staff member shows you disrespect or you receive coffee that does not taste good you are not allowed to say anything.

They did not tell us "Get out" in private, but the owner did this in public. We were embarrassed and very upset from the experience. How could they treat customers like this and leave them feeling gutted.

I hope no one else recieves the treatment we just recieved. The only advice I could give is DON'T complain about the coffee or food if it does not come out as expected. Just put up with it or you may find yourself in the same position as my...

It was a last minute decision and did not expect how extravagant the place is. Had no idea it was actually an art gallery and Japanese garden. We walked in a sat down expecting it’ll be simple food like you would get in art gallery cafes. Definitely not the case at all. I ordered a chicken and avocado sandwich and must say it’s gotta be the best quality cooked chicken I’ve had and the mocha I also got had a lovely heart decorated into the cream and came with a cute little cookie which was a nice touch. We explored the Japanese garden which was so pretty. The staff were so lovely and considerate and reminded customers when food was going to be ready soon. They were also very helpful and welcoming, especially the lady in pink/blonde hair and the blonde hair lady at the door of the gallery and the gentlemen who...

Casual cafe, "the Arts Centre Cafe” is located within Campbelltown Art Centre and uses local Ingredients to produce breakfast and lunch options that are healthy, nourishing and reasonably priced. We would describe the food as classics with modern twists. We enjoyed a crispy potato salad, falafel plate with pita and a few wraps and sandwiches. The outlook is lovely and it’s a unique experience since the cafe is situated in their outdoor garden that reminds us of a Japanese garden with a fish pond with koi and a Japanese pagoda. They sell a wide range of artisan Teas and excellent coffee with quality latte art. They are also a licensed cafe so you can have wine and beer to complement your lunch. You can also buy beautiful ceramics and check out the gallery when you’ve finished lunch
