You advertise the classic 1/4 which is supposed to obviously be 1/4 chicken and chips. SICK n tired if Ur Friday nights kitchen giving me 1/8 everytime. False advertising.
Also ordered my usual another night classic one eigtht of chicken n chips. Got home. NO CHIPS AT ALL JUST 1/8 not even a 1/4 tiny bit of chicken sitting in a big box, no chips and I paid full price. I was starving and work shift work all the time. Finally had a chance to eat NO FOOD. BUT IM DOWN $14. STOP SENDING OUT 1/8 ONE EIGTH OF A CHICKEN IN UR CLASSIC QUARTERS WHAT UR DOING IS ILLEGAL and have u ever stopped to think sometimes professional cooks come thru ur store for a quick feed. Don't assume ur serving dummies because u don't have to be a chef to know what 1/4 is compared to 1/8. STOP CUTTING IT OFF TO 1/8.
You should be sued for under selling your products that u advertise as bigger and charge for it bigger. But give a different product that was NOT WHAT WAS PURCHASED. You've actually been getting away with this for a couple of years now. Enough is enough. Ur breaking the law n I'm sick of u ripping me off. Never coming back ever ! So many chances given. Nope go away now. Done. Hope the food inspection n health authorities and corporations out there that check u do comply , Read this n come down n fine u for it. See how u like be charged for nothing !!

When we arrived we told them we placed an order to pickup and then we were told it didn’t go through their system, even though we had our money taken from our bank account and a confirmation receipt, they didn’t put it through when we asked and showed proof of payment nor did they give us a refund. A staff member asked to look through our phones and then said he’ll sort it out and to wait 10-15 minutes, we waited for 40 minutes and we were asked to explain the situation to a different staff member and said he’ll message his boss, when he messaged his boss our order numbers, 15 minutes later he told us that they did everything they could on their end and told us to handle it with doordash. Came in at 6:50 and left at 7:50, no food, no refund and no help or support from team members although we had paid and showed...
Read moreI haven't had Red Rooster in probably 20 years as there are none near me. So, I stopped in here and ordered a Triple Spicy Box. Regrettably it was probably the nastiest tasting fast food I've ever eaten.
The potato and gravy was really watery, the chips had an old oil taste and smell, the chicken piece was saturated with the same old oil and was the fattiest trading chicken piece I've ever had. Finally the triple burger was tiny (nothing like the photo on the menu board) with 3 small chicken strips inside. i didn't question the $20 price but realised at the time, but realised pretty quickly that I'd been upgraded to a large meal (by the franchise owner) without asking for it. Really scamny behaviour.
I didn't finish any part of the box as it was truly awful. I thought KFC was bad, especially recently, but Red Rooster is on a whole new level and belongs back...
