We went to this restaurant several times, but it was our first time sitting inside the restaurant to have lunch. Before we ordered take away, or we sat in the food court to avoid queuing.
It was a ridiculous dining experience. After lining up for 30 minutes, we were told that the whole restaurant only has 1 high chair. And we need to wait until the other kid finished using the high chair. At the beginning we were ok because the food were not on the table yet. So we held our one-year-old and waited for the high chair.
After 20mins of waiting, the food had been served on the table with hot soup and stone pot, the other kid was still using the high chair, and my baby needs to eat but still could not use the high chair.
As mom, I was so worried that my baby would be hurt by the hot soup because she was wiggling and without having a proper place to sit!!! This is literally the first restaurant we went to that only offers 1 high chair!!
Think about the safety issue, and how frustrating parents can be to eat without a high chair for their kid!
So we asked the waitress, and we asked if we could get a high chair from the food court because it was really dangerous for kid to touch the hot food accidentally. One of them said she was new, and the other one came and was really rude saying that it is not their responsibility, if we want to get a high chair from the food court, it will be our own responsibility.
So my husband got the high chair from the food court by himself. And we started eating with my baby.
There were so many young children waiting in the line, and castle hill has so many families with young kids.
Please get more high chairs for more pleasant dining experiences, and for your...
Read moreOur family is regular customers and dine in every week. We like the food and have been waited 20-30 mins for a table so I considered us as loyalty customers. However we had got very upset with the store manager/business owner. We do note that there have poster in the store about limited dining time is 1-1.5 hours which I interpreted it is allowable within this range. At 1 hour sharp, there was one waitress came to clear the table which we were totally okay. Both of us are done but my son (1 and half years old) is still finishing his food (the waitress first thought we took outside food but we told her it's from the restaurant). No longer after, another waitress came with an attitude and showed us the time when we ordered the food and said it's over an hour. And we said your post says 1-1.5 hours then she said it has bracket which depends on the table. We were not occupied the table because we were chatting, I was feeding my son and we thought 1.5 hours were the limit. So how do you differentiate which table needs 1.5 hours where i remembered there were Koreans occupied the table more than 1.5 hours (it was last week) and why do we need to leave 1 hour sharp while my son is still having his food? We deserve respect. We will be totally fine if the person came with friendly and respectful language and attitude. I reckon she doesn't care losing one customer like us because she thinks there are a lot more customers waiting. Such a failure management and not knowing how important of repeated customers. There are lots of Koreans restaurants out there and you definitely easy to be...
