I strongly doubt that this restaurant had changed the owner. We used to be regular customer, but we went there last night, it's nightmare. The skin of Peking roast ducks (we ordered two) were soft and chewy, not crunchy. The ducks tasted awful, got slightly poultry glands taste. The other dishes we ordered, not good as before, only a eggplant dish tasted ok. The duck liver tasted scum, not smooth. I didn't see the owner slice ducks for us, he always do, so I think the restaurant has changed the ownership, and the chef is not professional. I will never come back. We ordered their signature Beijing Duck but was a bit disappointed with the skin which was not crispy at all. The deep fried barramundi with sweet and sour sauce was tasty but the fish was not as crunchy as we would like. My favourite dish was actually the sweet black vinegar pork ribs that had a really good balance of flavour.

The Beijing Roast Duck's skin was excessively tough, either poor cooking or we got an aging duck. All dish portions were noticeably smaller than before. The presence of flies was persistent and bothersome, dare not to think about kitchen. Both the waitress and the owner seemed less friendly than in previous experiences.
