I went in for a burger when at the shops, after a long day's work. I expected to wait for the meat to be cooked - I waited 15 minutes - but I was the only person there and the customer service were not rude. The furniture was not appealing to sit on, even for waiting- extremely worn out and dirty. There was something splashed from food or something else on the entrance. It took myself to accidently step in it before the worker cleaned it. I saw them get my order wrong, had to remind them. I opened my burger at home....ohh wow....there was ONE HALF a slice of tomato. Some lettuce, no onion. I felt cheated. The two thin meat patties were smaller than the bread by far. They looked and tasted like frozen, thin patties. I've had a beef burger at the Auburn franchise - delicious, thick. No wonder it wasn't busy when I was there. I read a review comment from months ago..the air-conditioning in the middle is STILL dirty. Not somewhere to go for a decent feed or place to sit. This is just a call for management - need to refresh the place and make sure orders...
Read moreHonestly, it wasn't great. I dropped 20 bucks on a meal that was seriously disappointing. I got the Camel burger with Chips, but the chips were all soggy and oily, so I ended up chucking them in the bin. My kid didn't like them at all.
The burger itself wasn't much better. There was only one tiny piece of tomato and a little bit of lettuce, with one really thin slice of meat and cheese on top. It was so salty, I could barely taste anything else. And to top it all off, while I was waiting to complain about the food, I saw the staff cutting one patty of meat in half to serve two burgers. Honestly, it felt like I was getting cheated.
Long story short, I won't be eating at your place again. Zero stars for sure. And to make matters worse, the staff didn't seem interested in hearing my feedback at all. They just pretended they didn't know anything about it. Not cool, guys.

Irfan couldn't take my order over the phone Despite ordering in advance, I had to wait 20 mins in the restaurant Irfan had his earphones on and been on phone all the time, even at the time on paying for the order He started raising his voice when I asked for the bill as they charged me for something that I didn't order He continuously kept his voice high, shouting in front of all the customers. What a way to damage the reputation of the restaurant. He couldn't do a better job to spoil the reputation of this restaurant.
"Feedback to the restaurant owner: You don't need staff like Irfan who is working for your competition but taking salary from you. I bet there are many other customers which don't come back to your restaurant just because of Irfan!"
Never going to visit this restaurant again and will not-recommend this restaurant to...
