VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just came from this shop, and the male supervisor or i think he was the owner was very rude.
We wanted same abaya for my son and husband, the Male abaya that we choose had my husband size but they didn't had my sons size who is 3 years old. They didn't had my husbands size on rack but she told me that they have it downstairs in their warehouse and they sent someone to bring it.
I told our female server Farzana to leave my son and just get us my husbands size, we'll go to the ther shop where we saw that they were selling that exact same one in my sons size.
As soon as the guy standing there heard me say that, he started saying "then go to the other store, don't buy it from here, go to that store," calls back the person who went to get my husbands abaya size. Farzana then started telling me ohh i think he's saying for you to go to our second store where they have both of the abaya and sizes, she was very firm that he just didn't tried to kick us out just because we wanted to go to the other store who had my sons size but still she took us to their other store and we followed.
Then she left and we tired to explain them what were we after and that Farzana was insisting that the abaya we were after was here in both their sizes. Even the guys working in the other store were confused as they DIDN'T HAD THE ABAYA WE WERE AFTER IN THEIR SECOND STORE AND THE GUY FROM THE FIRST STORE WAS LITERALLY KICKING US OUT JUST BECAUSE WE DECIDED TO BY MY SONS ABAYA FROM ANOTHER STORE WHO HAD HIS SIZES.
When the guys from second store tried calling Farzana, she was picking up.. She kept tell us that the owner wasn't trying to kick us out but was directing us to their next store, but the owner was literally kicking us out and refused to serve us. The guy knew pretty welk that the second store didn't had that abaya we were after, but Farzana kept insisting that it was there and just left us.
They guys from the second store told us that they never got the abaya that we wanted in their second store. She just lied to us and left us there.

I have bought two items from there for 55 AUD, 45 and 10. Two days later, I went to get some books from Darussalam (located steps away from them), I found the two items totalling 35 dollars, 30 and 5 dollars. 20 dollars difference. The name of the shop is House of Faith, which faith they are talking about here; obviously not Islam. Muslims should not cheat and lie.
The woman who was there serving us was extremely rude and when she came to show us the Bakhoor types, she was only picking the expensive ones, or the ones they priced very expensively.
I had no idea I could find Bakhoor at Darussalam otherwise I wouldn't have stepped in but now I know and I want to you also to know before you fall in the trap.
I have been using Darussalam only for books so far; they are the best; very genuine people.
Luckily I didn't buy a third item on that day just because it was way overpriced; found it online after that for 26 AUD; guess how much the lady told me when I asked her for the price? 80 AUD; and that is not the bug issue, the issue is that she hesitated and was about to say the price and then stopped and then said 80 being very obvious she was thinking how to rip me off. Haven't seen such a theif as she is.

Read moreThese shop unfortunately does not present good examples of Islamic or faith people, the price is too much higher than what it is actually worth. I bought my son an Islamic dress and a toy from there both of them were expensive and of very bad quality. I highly recommend Dar Alsalam which is in the same street as Boutique Nour alhouda but definitely not this shop. Please don't go there they are not friendly particularly with kids.

Third we write reviews not to fight but to improve our self, unfortunately your way to reply to my and all other reviews are very bad, please understand I am not here to cut your income i write my experience with you after see so much complaining about your customer service.
I bought thowb to my son the fabric and the botton stitches were so loose for around 50$ The toy is بابا مشمش The quality so bad and sound is noisy instead of being clear.
I still have them if I come and show you, do you think you will look after your customers or we will argue and fight ?
Unfortunately you think we all hiding behind the screen and plan against your shop. Take it easy and improve...
