I've been coming here for years, even before they moved to this location when they were still up near the top of John Street. The noodle dishes have always been excellent. You can tell there's real care in how everything is prepared. The flavours are bold, the noodles are always cooked perfectly, and the portions are generous.

I’ve been eating at UE since they first started out in the little alleyway, and I’ve followed them ever since they moved to this new spot. The flavour has stayed consistently amazing—the broth is just as rich and delicious as ever. My whole family loves it here! We always go for either the duck or pork combination noodle, and every now and then I switch things up with the dry version, which comes with a tasty soup on the side.
