1kg - pork ribs ($28), less fatty than chunks off roast pork or bbq pork - still incredible flavour, but my personal preference, is the smaller chunks of meat from the ribs as I don't have the hunk of unchewable fat.
Smell, flavour and convenience are all incredible.
Recently the shop had the old furnaces removed, and an additional 2 installed (total 4). During Chinese New Year, Australia Day and Christmas, the whole street smells like pork.
Great location, parking is off street. But come early otherwise no parking. Better to take the train to Cabramatta, short walk from Station.

I like that their siu yuk (roast pork) is juicy and not dry like some other places can be in the lean parts, the seasoning is also not overly salty (in fact I can taste a tiny tinge of sweetness to balance the salt and five-spice) and the crackling is crispy and melts in the mouth (not tough/hard). They give scallion oil with it for dipping.
Roast duck is meaty and thick which means the skin is a bit fattier and crisps nicely too. They don't water down their plum sauce...

A grandmother wanted to buy $15 worth of mix pig's ear and intestine's but the lady at the counter refused to sell it to her thinking is too small amount of money spending,after the grandmother lined up for 10-15 minutes just to get rejected for her purchase.
